At Hematee, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience built on trust and care. Every order is carefully reviewed and fulfilled, and if anything goes wrong, our team acts quickly and fairly to resolve it.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Please double-check your order details (size, color, quantity) before completing checkout.

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • To request a cancellation, email support@hematee.com with your order number for faster assistance.

Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges for incorrect selections such as size or color.

  • If an order was placed by mistake, you may cancel it within 24 hours and place a new order.

  • Need help choosing the right size or style? Our support team is happy to guide you before checkout.

Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return within 120 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are final.

Eligible for Return:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product differs significantly from its online description

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Item has been used, washed, or altered

  • Minor imperfections (e.g., loose threads or slight color variations)

  • Missing original tags or packaging

  • Damage caused by improper handling, not by Hematee

How to Request a Refund
To start a return or refund, email support@hematee.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

  • Proof of purchase

  • Shipping receipt (if applicable)

⚠️ Do not return any items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

  • Refunds include the original shipping cost (if applicable).

  • If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10–15 business days, please contact your payment provider.

  • Return window: 120 days from delivery

  • Return shipping cost: Customer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by Hematee

  • Hematee is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit
